Despite facing setbacks like equipment damage and theft during construction, the team persevered, building a strong rapport with residents who supported site protection. The project not only successfully delivered a well-loved pump track but also contributed £100,547 in social value by engaging in local community projects, hiring local staff, and sourcing materials from nearby suppliers.
